New Website Features Now Available

In addition to reviewing Association-posted documents, owners can now access new features on the Association’s website designed to improve communication, transparency, and convenience.

1. Autopay*. Owners may now enroll in automatic payments directly through the Association’s website. Autopay allows assessments to be paid automatically according to the owner’s selected schedule. *$3.50 convenience fee applies

2. Community Announcements. The Association will regularly post announcements on the website to keep owners informed of important matters, including maintenance updates, projects, notices, and other community information.

3. Community Calendar and Meetings. Association events, including board meetings, will be posted on the website calendar. When available, owners can attend meetings virtually via the platform using the information in the calendar entry.
